About Incompli Our mission at Incompli is to simplify stormwater compliance by leveraging technology and the expertise of our seasoned SWPPP developers and QSP certified inspectors. We provide SWPPP development, inspection services, and regulatory support to help clients navigate complex stormwater requirements and keep projects compliant and on track. Our team brings deep knowledge of California and Texas regulations and a practical, field-oriented approach to delivering high-quality work. Position Overview The Administrative Assistant (Marketing & Operations Support) plays a key role in supporting the company's marketing initiatives while also assisting with administrative, operational, and customer support activities. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys learning new technology, is comfortable using AI tools, and wants exposure to multiple areas of a growing business. The successful candidate will help execute marketing strategies developed by company leadership while supporting a variety of day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work. A high level of personal accountability and integrity is essential, including taking ownership of responsibilities, following through on commitments, and maintaining strong productivity while working independently. This position is primarily in-office. For the right candidate, a hybrid schedule of up to two remote days per week may be considered after successful onboarding and training. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Execute marketing initiatives across email, social media, website, and other channels Create and edit content using AI tools and marketing platforms Assist with newsletters, customer communications, and social media management Maintain website content and marketing materials Conduct market and competitor research Track marketing activities and support reporting efforts Administrative & Office Support Coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials Draft and format communications, reports, and internal documents Respond to calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly Maintain organized and accurate records and documentation Maintain office supplies, mail, and general organization Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company activities Help create a professional and welcoming office environment Special Projects & Business Support Assist with Salesforce workflows, data management, and process improvement initiatives Prepare customer welcome kits and onboarding materials Print, organize, and distribute SWPPPs and other client deliverables Support the Accounting team with invoicing and related administrative tasks Perform site inspections during rain events as needed Provide occasional support to the inspections team when additional coverage is required Assist with special projects as assigned Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable learning and using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms Ability to quickly learn new technology and software Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Core Competencies Organization & Execution Attention to Detail Communication & Professionalism Integrity & Accountability Reliability & Follow-Through Adaptability Technology & AI Aptitude Continuous Learning Growth Opportunity This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to marketing, operations, technology, and project coordination.
