The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, phone prospecting, social media marketing, and appointment setting. Target Markets Retirement & Annuities Employee Benefits POS Credit Card Processing / Merchant Services Performance Expectations Generate a minimum of: 10 qualified Retirement/Annuity appointments weekly 10 qualified Employee Benefits appointments weekly 10 qualified POS/Merchant Services appointments weekly Responsibilities Prospect and generate qualified leads Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups Schedule appointments for advisors Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms Build and maintain lead databases Track activities using CRM systems Support marketing campaigns and community outreach Qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience, OR Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales Strong phone communication skills Social media marketing expertise preferred Self-motivated and results-oriented
