Job Description
Experteer Overview As AVP of Global Marketing, Digital Media, you will lead international digital marketing efforts to drive lead generation and strategic growth. You'll build and refine the team structure, coordinate resources across groups, and ensure policy discipline and human capital development. Partner with Global Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to execute plans, scale capabilities, and maintain governance. This in-office role offers the chance to shape a high-impact marketing function within a values-driven organization.
Compensation / Benefits
- Manage and develop all employees within the assigned teams, including performance reviews and staffing decisions
- Set goals and objectives for the group and oversee budgeting, planning, and project schedules
- Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures within the teams/areas
- Collaborate with Compliance, HR and Legal to ensure firm-wide governance
- Oversee development of knowledge and training materials
- Coordinate efforts with other groups and support cross-functional initiatives
- Provide regular executive communications on progress toward goals
- Participate in shaping the strategic vision and annual marketing plans with Strategy and Planning Tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in building and developing teams
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills for analysis and decision-making
- Ability to develop strategic solutions and partner with Strategy and Planning
- Experience implementing department-wide policies and driving cross-functional coordination
- Ability to provide clear executive communications on results vs goals Key requirements
