Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead international digital marketing efforts and build a scalable team to deliver lead generation and strategic initiatives. You collaborate with Global PCG Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to secure resources and implement policies. You will oversee budgeting, planning, and compliance, while developing talent and training materials. This in-office position offers a chance to shape the global digital marketing agenda and contribute to Fisher Investments' mission through cross-team partnerships and program execution.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage all employees within the assigned teams, including performance reviews and hiring/firing decisions
  • Set goals and objectives for the group and oversee budgeting, planning, and project schedules
  • Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures within the teams/areas
  • Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Legal to ensure firm-wide policy adherence
  • Develop knowledge and training materials for the organization
  • Coordinate efforts with other applicable groups and stakeholders
  • Contribute to other projects and responsibilities as needed Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 years of digital marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record in developing teams
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Experience partnering with Strategy and Planning to develop annual marketing plans and execute digital components
  • Ability to implement strategic vision and foster teamwork across titles
  • Experience providing regular executive communications on results vs goals Key requirements
