is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and help oversee day-to-day operations across multiple parts of the business. This is not a basic assistant role. We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, dependable, and capable of helping manage a fast-moving business without needing constant supervision. This role involves a mix of executive support, operations, communication, project coordination, and helping keep the company running efficiently behind the scenes. You will work closely with leadership to help manage priorities, oversee moving pieces across the business, improve organization, and make sure things do not fall through the cracks. What this role includes Managing the CEO's calendar, inbox, scheduling, reminders, and priorities Helping oversee projects, tasks, and internal operations across the business Following up with team members, clients, contractors, and vendors to keep execution moving Helping organize workflows, systems, and operational processes Assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and agency coordination Tracking priorities, deadlines, and ongoing projects so nothing stalls out Helping solve problems proactively and keeping leadership organized and focused What we want in the right person Preferred:
Previous Executive Assistant experience Preferred:
Agency, marketing, startup, or fast-paced business experience Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple moving priorities at once Professional, resourceful, proactive, and dependable Comfortable learning quickly and adapting in a fast-moving environment Able to take ownership and figure things out without constant hand-holding Big bonus if you have experience with: Marketing agencies Operations or project management CRMs like GoHighLevel Websites, SEO, ads, or digital marketing Sales or client communication This is NOT the right fit if you Need constant micromanagement Get overwhelmed easily in fast-moving environments Struggle with communication, organization, or follow-through Only want a narrow or repetitive role This could be a great fit if you want to work directly with leadership, take on real responsibility, grow with the company long term, and be part of building something ambitious.
