Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Freelance Graphic Designer + Marketing Assistant to join our team on a flexible basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend visual storytelling with strategic marketing support, helping elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital art, branding, and visual communication, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop compelling graphics, manage content, and assist in executing marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. This paid position is perfect for someone eager to showcase their artistic talents while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Develop engaging visual content including illustrations, motion graphics, and digital art using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW. Assist in branding efforts by creating cohesive visual identities across various channels and materials. Design layouts for print advertising, presentations, social media posts, LED sign, and web pages ensuring consistency in typography, color management, and overall aesthetic. Produce and edit videos or motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance marketing campaigns. Manage content updates on WordPress websites and other content management systems (CMS), ensuring visual elements are optimized for web performance. Support photography sessions and photo manipulation projects to produce high-quality images aligned with brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute production design for campaigns or promotional events. Experience Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, UI/UX design, layout design, and print advertising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, InVision, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other relevant design tools. Familiarity with web development basics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus; knowledge of WordPress CMS is essential. Experience working on motion graphics or video editing projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and production workflows for both digital and print media. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to team members or clients. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
