- Managing the cycle of promotional material and collateral development and approval.
- Analyzing clinical data to develop multichannel commercial and marketing initiatives to differentiate the human-based nutrition therapy and reach different audience segments.
- Developing awareness and education initiatives to target different stakeholders such as clinicians, payers, and parents. Other duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating quantitative and qualitative assessment of product performance.
- Researching and integrating new marketing strategies and tactics including digital, interactive, and online media, mobile applications, AI, and other creative solutions that complement traditional approaches
- Message and content development
- Create and champion competitive programs and tools that differentiate the human-based nutrition products portfolio and grow market share
- Apply analytical skills to develop therapy and disease models, market and customer segmentation, and business metrics
- Pull the appropriate level, functional and geographic functions together to support initiatives What you bring to the role
- Minimum 2 years of product marketing and commercial launch experience preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required, MBA preferred
- Nutrition/dietitian background a plus
- Proven history of creating and executing programs that impact the business and customers.
- Strong clinical marketing skills-- effectively use clinical data to support and drive key marketing claims across a wide variety of geographies.
- Understanding of global medical advertising and promotions regulatory process.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to express subject matter knowledge and to tailor messaging to specific situations and audiences, including all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively influence a wide variety of geographies, cultures, and cross-functional teams.
