ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a polished, personable, and brand-minded individual to join our team as Guest Experience & Marketing Assistant. You will be one of the first people guests encounter — and one of the key faces representing our restaurant in the community. This is a hybrid role that blends warm front-line hospitality with brand promotion and social media work. You will work directly alongside our management team, helping shape how guests and the public experience our brand — in person, at events, and across social platforms. This role suits someone who is naturally outgoing, takes pride in their presentation, and understands how great hospitality and great storytelling work together.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome and greet guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression that reflects our brand Engage naturally with guests — answering questions, facilitating introductions, and representing our restaurant's story and values Assist management with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and special requests Support brand promotion activities including media visits, community outreach, and VIP guest experiences Help plan and execute in-house events, soft opening activities, and promotional moments Create social media content — photos, short videos, captions — for platforms including Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), and TikTok Help grow and engage our audience on Chinese-language social platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree preferred — any field welcome Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written); able to switch naturally between both Professional appearance and natural warmth — you represent the restaurant from the moment you walk in Active and comfortable on social media, particularly Chinese-American platforms Organized, proactive, and discreet when assisting management Available to start approximately 10 days before restaurant opening Must be legal and authorized to work in the
