Marketing Assistant The Digital Designer Assistant supports the creation and refinement of packaging designs, owner's manuals, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a strong design portfolio who is eager to apply their skills in a professional, corporate environment. The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can follow instructions accurately while contributing to high-quality, on-brand visual materials. Responsibilities Create and update packaging designs within large, complex design files using Adobe design tools. Format and refine owner's manuals and digital assets based on established templates and brand guidelines. Make minor design adjustments and content updates while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all materials. Follow detailed instructions to ensure all designs meet quality standards and do not contain errors. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support advertising, public relations, and corporate communication materials. Organize, manage, and update digital assets to ensure files are properly labeled, stored, and easy to locate. Provide administrative support related to design projects, such as preparing files for review, export, or distribution. Take initiative in identifying tasks, addressing design issues, and proposing improvements without waiting for direct instruction. Review and proof designs carefully to maintain high standards of accuracy, layout, and visual consistency. Maintain clear communication with team members regarding project status, timelines, and any issues encountered. Essential Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Demonstrated design ability through a strong, relevant portfolio. High attention to detail with a commitment to producing error-free designs. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to established templates and brand guidelines. Strong organizational skills for managing large design files and multiple digital assets. Proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Effective communication skills to support marketing communications, advertising, public relations, and corporate communication projects. Ability to provide administrative support related to design and digital asset management. Degree in a relevant field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience supporting marketing communications or advertising campaigns. Exposure to public relations or corporate communication environments. Familiarity with digital asset organization and management. Interest in developing a career in digital design, marketing communications, or related fields. Work Environment This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site days in a corporate office. When on-site, the Digital Designer Assistant works in a cubicle within a professional corporate environment, collaborating with marketing and communications teams. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
