This role focuses on representing Re-Bath at local events and inside partner stores such as Lowe's. You'll educate customers and store employees on the Re-Bath remodeling process, products, and services while creating excitement around bathroom renovations and generating qualified leads for our design team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and event marketing while gaining hands-on experience in brand representation and customer engagement. Responsibilities Represent Re-Bath professionally at community events, expos, and retail partner locations Build relationships with Lowe's employees and educate them on Re-Bath products, services, and remodeling solutions Explain the Re-Bath bathroom remodeling process to customers in a simple and engaging way Generate and collect qualified leads for in-home design consultations Set up and maintain event displays and marketing materials Engage with customers in a friendly, confident, and approachable manner Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support company goals Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with customers and employees in a retail environment Outgoing personality with a positive attitude Reliable transportation and ability to travel to events/store locations Ability to stand for extended periods during events or shifts Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions and services Create a positive customer experience that reflects the Re-Bath brand

Pay:

$20.00 - $50.00 per hour
