I also own an herbal products business. Although very different, both businesses are here to help people and make the world a better place. Providing excellent marketing services to my clients so that our local economy can thrive is at the heart of what I do. My herbal products business is similar: I strive to create products that genuinely help people feel their best so that they can do their best. If this resonates, please read on... I'm seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support client marketing projects and content creation. The ideal candidate will also support marketing efforts for the wellness products business, so wellness/herbal knowledge is a plus! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing marketing plans, creating content, writing captions, and helping keep projects moving. Strategy and direction will be provided; I'm looking for someone who can efficiently implement and manage recurring marketing tasks. This role would start as a contractor position that could eventually lead to employment for the right fit. This position will be mostly remote, with possible work-in-person tasks from time to time like taking video or photos for content.

Hours:

10-15 hours per week to start with room to grow Flexible schedule Opportunity for growth

Compensation:

$25-$30/hour DOE Monthly wellness stipend to be used toward a local CSA, bodywork, yoga class, etc (however you see fit to support your health and wellbeing) Flexible remote hybrid work environment

Responsibilities:

Create and assemble recurring monthly content series for clients Write and edit social media captions Possibly take video & photos for content Schedule and organize social media content Administrative assistance Assist with Google & Meta Ads campaign setup and implementation under direction Support content marketing and email marketing projects Conduct basic marketing research as needed Help maintain project organization and deadlines

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of experience with social media marketing & content creation (Instagram & TikTok) Strong writing and proofreading skills At least 1 year of experience with Canva & Capcut Basic knowledge of Google & Meta Ads Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Nice to

Experience working with multiple brands or clients Email marketing experience Decent video & photo-taking skills for social media content creation Interest in local economies & community, wellness, natural health, or herbal products
