The Marketing Associate partners cross-functionally with creative, operations, compliance, and technical teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and digital experiences are effectively developed, accurately executed, and continuously optimized. The role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Associate exercises discretion in coordinating workflows, identifying process improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives, while maintaining accountability for the quality and performance of assigned marketing deliverables.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No Duties/Responsibilities:
Set up and monitor A/B tests; report on findings and recommendations to improve the website KPIs Help QA websites for test launches and site changes Support making site updates across web properties, and work with technical teams/developers to problem solve any issues Compile website and campaign reports (ad hoc and weekly/monthly) and analyze the data to make data informed recommendations Submit campaign set up requests to marketing operations team Build campaign matrices across audiences and segments QA marketing campaigns across email, SMS, TV and other channels Write creative briefs and open tickets for the creative team Manage the creative process end-to-end through compliance review Compile and prepare decks for compliance submissions Build and maintain an organic social media content calendar Schedule and publish social content across relevant platforms Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and JIRA Familiarity with content management systems Experience with A/B testing tools and web analytics platforms like Heap and VWO Strong attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, healthcare, insurance) a plus Knowledge of marketing campaign set up and platforms a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer. Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing. Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print. Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently Reach with hands and arms occasionally
