Job Description
For nearly 50 years, Gateway has been helping to solve some of investing's hardest problems: how to manage risk, generate income, and enhance tax-efficiency. Today, with nearly $10 billion in assets under management, Gateway Investment Advisers, LLC is recognized as a pioneer in options-based solutions and quantitatively driven equity strategies — including Hedged Equity, Single Stock Hedging & Monetization, and Long/Short Extensions — offering risk-conscious and tax-aware investors a unified framework for alpha and risk management. Gateway is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our small, dedicated team and support its marketing and client service functions. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, analytical rigor, and work ethic to thrive in a dynamic, high-expectation environment, helping to translate complex investment topics into compelling content. Candidates must exhibit critical thinking skills, a curiosity in financial markets, and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to increase efficiency and enhance client experience. The Marketing Associate has direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful ownership of core marketing functions. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio with a required hybrid working environment. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments and with Gateway's parent company, Natixis Investment Managers. Monitor shared inboxes for client and advisor inquiries, routing, responding, and tracking in the CRM as appropriate
Support database and/or client reporting requirements with varying deadlines
Engage professionally with teams at Natixis, third-party vendors and, occasionally, prospective or existing clients
Perform other projects and duties as assigned Required Skills/Qualifications The candidate should have strong professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate self and others to deliver high-quality output, frequently within tight timeframes.
