Position Overview The Marketing Associate with NCF is an integral member of a fun, creative marketing team that develops strategic campaigns and communications for a variety of audiences. In this role, you'll support and help design and manage print and digital materials, including emails, websites, presentations, event collateral, social media, and much more. You'll also collaborate with other departments, offices, and staff across the organization and country while activating and managing incoming projects and deliverables as delegated by performing the following duties. This position is hybrid based out of our office in Alpharetta, GA.Reports to:
Marketing Manager Management/Supervision:
None Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Content and Digital Communications Designs, activates, and publishes marketing deliverables such as one-pagers, brochures, emails, social media assets, event collateral, and other promotional content by collaborating with writers, editors, print vendors, and sometimes other designers. Builds, tests, and sends emails using Marketing Cloud. Creates, updates, and publishes marketing content for internal and external webpages, coordinating content reviews with relevant teams. Maintains and updates existing marketing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency. Project Management, Collaboration, and Vendor Coordination Carries out special projects and collaborates with Marketing Team members to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas. Facilitates relationships with print and fulfillment vendors, including inventory oversight for marketing materials. Coordinates projects with video and photography vendors as needed. Accountable for team projects by driving deadlines, coordinating with stakeholders, and updating Trello and other project management systems. Oversees team meetings related to assigned deliverables and projects, providing creative and solution-focused input to move work forward productively. Internal Support Supports local NCF teams nationwide (via remote assistance) to strengthen their digital marketing efforts by designing and publishing marketing materials as assigned (sometimes designing and publishing templates in Canva but often beginning in Adobe Creative Cloud software first.) Supports local NCF teams by responding to questions, fulfilling requests, and coordinating orders (e.g., business cards and marketing materials). Events Contribute strategically and creatively to marketing plans, brand guides, and more for internal and external events. Supports internal and external events and webinars by creating presentation decks, designing and activating event collateral, coordinating with audiovisual teams, preparing content and agendas, and assisting on site in various ways to help the event meet the intended goals. Coordinates ordering and shipping of event materials as needed. Other Duties and Responsibilities Assists with additional projects as assigned.Experience and Skills:

Experience A minimum of 1-3 years' experience of professional marketing or communications experience. Experience with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Marketing Cloud.Nice-to-have skills:
Experience leading marketing or communication deliverables for a Christian ministry. Experience contributing to strategic marketing planning, ideation, concept development, and brainstorming. Experience working in a CMS like Wordpress, Squarespace, etc. is a plus.Knowledge Base Computer skills:
Microsoft Office applications Some working knowledge of charitable, non-profit, foundation, and/or donor related subject matters preferred Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Marketing Cloud or MailChimp Competencies, Ideal Perspectives and Skills A passion for learning and exploring new ideas A willingness and desire to learn processes Design-savvy - quick to pick up on new branding and ability to follow new brand standards Strong attention to detail, perform duties with high level of accuracy Maintains sensitive and confidential information as well as business, donor and affiliate confidential matters Is ethical, tactful, and courteous in dealing with all employees and vendors Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to handle complex, high-visibility projects with minimal oversight. Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team. Receptive to feedback and motivated to continually improve skills and performance. Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and proposes effective solutions. Demonstrates high autonomy and accountability, taking personal initiative and ownership of work.
