This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences, driving revenue through innovative marketing strategies, and fostering a lively, engaging atmosphere. Think adding additional layers to existing events, as well as curating new ones. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a flair for creative event marketing that captivates diverse audiences. As a key part of our team, you will assist with all aspects of nightlife programming, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding guest service. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and revenue layers to promote nightlife events, leveraging digital platforms, social media, and community outreach to maximize attendance and engagement. Plan and coordinate a variety of evening events, including themed parties, live performances, special promotions, and collaborations with local vendors or entertainers. Negotiate contracts with performers, vendors, and service providers to secure the best terms while maintaining quality standards. Assist with managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving desired outcomes. Oversee event planning and management, including venue setup, catering arrangements, guest services, and compliance with safety regulations. Foster excellent customer service by engaging with guests before, during, and after events to gather feedback and enhance future programming. Collaborate with internal teams on upselling opportunities such as VIP packages or exclusive experiences to increase revenue streams. Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and media outlets to boost visibility and partnership opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in event marketing, event planning or hospitality management within nightlife venues or similar settings. Corporate experience is not required - candidates with a background creating and growing independent events will be strongly considered. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts for entertainment and services. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors, staff, guests, and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience managing financial resources for nightlife events. Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant, hotel or banquet operations is desirable. General familiarity with marketing tools including social media platforms, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns. Experience in guest services or hospitality roles that emphasize customer satisfaction.
