We're looking for someone energetic, dependable, entrepreneurial minded, and comfortable representing a brand both online and in person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pets, people, events, content creation, and helping grow a company through grassroots marketing and retailer support. This is not a corporate desk role. We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in multiple areas of a growing brand including demos, outreach, content, logistics, retailer support, warehouse assistance, and helping bring ideas to life. What You'll Be Doing Assisting with pet store demos, local events, and community outreach Helping create social media and marketing content for Timberwolf Pet Food Communicating with pet retailers, breeders, boarding groups and partners in the pet industry on behalf of the brand Assisting with retailer marketing support and grassroots growth initiatives Helping organize samples, marketing materials, inventory, and event supplies Supporting warehouse and logistics operations when needed including packing sample kits and preparing shipments Traveling locally for events, demos, and retailer visits when needed. Additional travel opportunities to Pet trade shows. Collaborating with the team on new ideas, marketing initiatives, and expansion opportunities Willingness to travel international if needed Ideal Candidate Passion for pets, pet health, and the pet industry Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Comfortable speaking with people and representing a brand publicly Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Comfortable working independently and adapting in a fast moving environment Warehouse, logistics, marketing, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Comfortable with light physical work and warehouse related tasks when needed Organized, dependable, and positive attitude Comfortable appearing in photos, videos, or social media content is a plus Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally when needed Growth Opportunity As Timberwolf continues expanding into new retailers and markets, there may be opportunities to grow into larger roles involving sales support, territory development, retailer relationships, marketing coordination, logistics, and regional brand development.
