Rowland & The Home Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty New Bern is growing, and we are looking for the right person to become part of our dynamic and reputable team. This role will work closely alongside our Director of Operations while supporting a team of four agents serving New Bern and surrounding areas. Flexible part-time or full-time hours are available, and semi-remote work may be an option for the right candidate. What You'll Help With Transaction coordination and file setup Starting paperwork and maintaining agent files in LoneWolf Client communication and follow-up Social media content creation and scheduling Canva graphics and marketing materials Email marketing campaigns Database management and data entry Administrative and operational support for the team One part of your day may involve organizing a new listing launch, while another could include communicating with clients, helping keep contracts and files on track, creating marketing content, or jumping in wherever support is needed most. What We're Looking For Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and people skills Creative mindset with marketing and social media knowledge Positive attitude and team-first mentality Comfortable learning new systems and technology Ability to multitask, problem solve, and take initiative Someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in helping things run smoothly Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. We are more focused on finding someone dependable, motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into increased responsibility over time. Platforms We Use Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, LoneWolf, and Brivity. Flexible scheduling available. Compensation will be based on experience.
