Salt Lake City, UT (On-site) About the Role Ridgeline Strategies is a growing sales and marketing company specializing in customer acquisition, brand representation, and retail customer engagement. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associates. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build professional experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and business development. Associates will work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping them learn about products and services, answering questions, and providing a positive customer experience. No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help team members develop the skills needed for success and advancement. Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner Assist customers with product selection and service recommendations Learn and maintain knowledge of current products, services, pricing, and promotions Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions Answer customer questions and address concerns with a customer-focused approach Process sales transactions accurately using company systems and point-of-sale technology Maintain a positive and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities Represent clients and brands with professionalism and integrity Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required Reliable transportation to the work location Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits Expected earnings of $750
