We're Hiring:
Sales & Licensing Associate (US-Based)  Glendale, CA (Hybrid/Remote Eligible) Are you passionate about influencer marketing, anime, gaming, and digital entertainment ? Do you want to work at the forefront of the VTuber industry and help shape the future of global entertainment?  About the Role As a Sales & Licensing Associate , you'll drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns across North America. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with globally recognized virtual talents and leading brands.  What You'll Do Identify and develop new partnership & licensing opportunities Create compelling sales pitches and promotional concepts Collaborate on content execution (streams, videos, campaigns) Manage cross-functional projects across legal, finance, and talent teams Support deal negotiation and execution Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights  What We're Looking For 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or business development Experience in entertainment, gaming, or digital media Strong project management & stakeholder coordination skills Ability to translate brand goals into creative campaigns Passion for VTubers, anime, or Japanese pop culture
Bonus Points:
Japanese language skills Existing network in marketing agencies or entertainment industry Experience working with Japanese IP or licensing  Compensation & Benefits $70,000 - $90,000 base + bonus Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PTO, Paid Holidays Hybrid work flexibility (with approval)  Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Some evenings/weekends as needed)  Ready to break into the next generation of entertainment?
