Seasonal Marketing Assistant

As we move into a beautifully full season, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant who is warm, organized, creative, and aligned with the rhythm of this kind of work. This role is ideal for someone who feels called to support brands in the hospitality, lifestyle, and community space while growing within an agency that values both excellence and heart. This position will work closely alongside our founder, supporting the day-to-day rhythm of the agency while helping bring client experiences, partnerships, and storytelling to life throughout our Georgia market. We are especially seeking someone based in the Alpharetta, Woodstock, or Roswell area , as this role includes support for local clients, activations, and community-centered experiences. This is a part-time contract position . As our agency moves through both beautifully full and quieter rhythms throughout the year, this role is rooted in the current needs of the business, with potential to expand over time as client needs grow and alignment is there. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has a genuine love for hospitality, community, and social media storytelling Is outgoing, humble, and professional Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Feels comfortable supporting multiple clients and moving pieces Is energized by events, brand activations, and community engagement Communicates with warmth and professionalism Is excited by the idea of helping brands carry their voice with care and consistency Experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, events, or public relations is helpful, but what matters most is alignment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Support Calendar coordination and general agency support Research and development for clients and campaigns Community outreach and communication with partners Social media support and digital activations Onsite event assistance and client-facing brand support Supporting brand experiences and partnerships throughout the Georgia market Helping communicate and carry the voice of our clients with care and consistency Occasional opportunities to represent Team Liebe within community activations During the first few weeks, you'll be introduced to the culture, flow, and client rhythm of Liebe PR as you begin stepping into the role.
