The Senior Associate, Marketing plays a key role in elevating the firm's brand by executing the global marketing strategy in partnership with the Associate Director of Marketing. This role serves as a primary execution partner across campaigns, digital content, and analytics for all Trimont group companies. You will support external marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including email marketing and automation, LinkedIn, website management, analytics, and events. This is a highly dynamic role with shifting priorities and regular collaboration with stakeholders across the business. Location:

LinkedIn management: Oversee LinkedIn channels across all entities, including content planning, creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance reporting. Maintain profiles for select leadership. Email marketing and automation:
Plan and execute email and event-driven campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including segmentation, drip campaigns, forms, and lead nurturing. Support CRM data hygiene. Events:
Coordinate marketing logistics for conferences, client events, and webinars, including registration, communications, and pre-/post-event outreach. Maintain the global events calendar. Thought leadership:
Support development and distribution of thought leadership by partnering with business lines and SMEs. Ensure timely publishing across website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and email. Content and brand management:
Adapt and repurpose content across brands and channels. Edit for external audiences and ensure consistent brand voice. Website management:
Manage and update website content in WordPress, including landing pages, blog posts, event pages, and basic SEO updates. Digital advertising:
Support paid campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Client and sales enablement:
Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and branded materials. Manage merchandise sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment. Marketing operations and admin:
Provide team support including scheduling, organizing materials, managing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking. Project coordination:
Track timelines and ensure alignment across stakeholders to support on-time delivery of marketing initiatives. Cross-brand support:
Contribute marketing support across all group brands and future acquisitions. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (experience in financial services, CRE, or professional services is a plus). Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot preferred). Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand. Strong writing, editing, and content development skills with the ability to adapt tone across audiences and brands. Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
