Do you love systems, marketing, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you someone who naturally takes ownership and gets things done without being asked twice? A high-producing agent with Century 21 Vanguard is seeking a driven Marketing Operations Assistant to manage backend systems, oversee listing marketing, and support leadership and agents with excellence. This role ensures the business runs smoothly behind the scenes while maximizing the visibility and impact of every transaction. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. While real estate experience is a plus, what matters most is your ability to stay organized, solve problems independently, and help build systems that support a growing team working toward a goal of 125 transactions per year.
Compensation:
Salary:
$50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience and performance) Bonus potential: 10-20% of salary based on performance or per-closing incentives Retirement plan:
SIMPLE IRA
with 3% match Flexible PTO - we make it work, no rigid policies Opportunities for growth as the team scales to 125+ transactions per year This is a full-time, in-person role based in Irmo, SC. Applicants MUST be local to be considered.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000
Responsibilities:
Support the Owner/Agent with day-to-day business operations Manage internal calendars, scheduling, and coordination Maintain smooth office operations and systems Create and improve systems and procedures Maintain and clean the CRM/database Execute drip campaigns and follow-up systems Track client birthdays and home anniversaries Assist with lead intake and routing Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity Plan and execute social media content Create and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Coordinate listing and team video content Track engagement and marketing performance Maintain brand consistency across platforms Update website and online profiles Execute listing marketing plans from start to finish Create brochures, feature sheets, and buyer/seller packets Upload listing photos and videos Manage listing updates (price changes, back-on-market, etc.) Enhance listings across MLS and third-party platforms Support clients through the closing process Support agent in communication, scheduling, and follow-up
Qualifications:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong sense of urgency and ownership Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Canva, Google, Instagram) Social media and digital marketing experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Discretion and confidentiality Service-minded with a "CAN and WILL DO" attitude Comfortable handling strong personalities Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Real estate experience preferred (not required) About Company Steve Kozlowski is an elite Licensed Real Estate Professional.
