In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across digital channels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working with cutting-edge tools and techniques to amplify our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing trends and content creation. Duties Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and display advertising. Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and improve website visibility. Manage content creation for blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals. Support the management of content management systems like WordPress and other platforms to update website content efficiently. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually compelling assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for digital campaigns. Assist in executing conversion optimization strategies by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user experience improvements to maximize ROI. Support social media management efforts on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other social channels to increase followers and engagement. Contribute to email marketing campaigns through copywriting, segmentation, automation setup, and performance tracking. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing strategies, and e-commerce best practices to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness. Skills Proficiency with SEO tools for keyword research and site audits; familiarity with SEM platforms like Google AdWords/Google Ads is essential. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, and content management systems such as WordPress. Experience with Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance; ability to interpret data insights for optimization purposes. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus for troubleshooting website issues or customizing content. Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create engaging visual assets. Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences across various platforms. Familiarity with marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and nurture leads effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and sales staff.
