Associate Marketing Manager:
The Associate Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of Red Kap's integrated marketing programs across product launches, campaigns, and evergreen initiatives. This role connects production and delivery: coordinating marketing asset creation (such as photoshoots and content production) and turning those assets into effective, channel-ready deliverables across email, media, web, and social. The Associate Marketing Manager works closely with Marketing Managers, creative partners, and cross-functional teams to keep work on brief, on brand, and on time. How You Will Make a
Difference:
Support the execution of Red Kap's annual marketing plan and campaign calendar across priority channels (email, media, web, and organic social). Translate briefs from Marketing Managers into clear plans, timelines, and deliverable lists for internal teams and external partners. Coordinate asset production needs, including photoshoots and other content creation, in partnership with internal photography services and external creative partners. Ensure assets captured align with GTM & campaign priorities and can be used across key channels. Manage the development of channel-ready deliverables from brief through final files, routing work for feedback and approvals. Partner with channel owners to ensure deliverables support GTM & campaign goals. Support Red Kap's email program and lifecycle marketing initiatives as needed. Work closely with Product, Digital, Ecommerce, and Creative partners to gather inputs required for marketing assets and launch deliverables. Track status of in-flight work, proactively flag risks or bottlenecks and recommend adjustments when timelines or priorities shift. Pull basic performance metrics and help consolidate post-campaign and post-launch learnings. Capture and share recommendations to improve future campaigns, creative, and channel execution. Skills for
Success:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience Proven success in executing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in email retention marketing Experience in growth driving paid media across a number of channels Self-starter who isn't afraid to ask questions and roll-up their sleeves Willingness to travel occasionally
