We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Beer Mobile Operations Assistant to join our team on a commission-based basis! In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting our brand and products at various events and locations. Responsibilities Operate a company vehicle safely while following all traffic laws and route schedules for efficient route driving Set up and merchandise promotional displays at different locations to attract customer attention Engage with customers confidently, providing product information and upselling opportunities to maximize sales Manage inventory levels by organizing stock and ensuring proper placement of promotional materials Conduct heavy lifting of supplies and equipment as needed during setup and teardown at events Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and fostering positive interactions Organize daily routes, plan visits strategically, and keep detailed records of activities and sales performance Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Strong math skills for pricing, sales calculations, and inventory management Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during setup or restocking tasks Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and merchandising setups effectively Experience in sales or upselling techniques to boost product visibility and revenue Knowledge of merchandising standards to create appealing displays that drive customer engagement Background in military service is a plus for discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities Join us if you're ready to hit the road, energize audiences, and grow your career in a vibrant environment!
