PointBank is growing, evolving, and creating new opportunities, and we're looking for someone creative, driven, and social-media savvy to join our team. If you love content, trends, and turning ideas into engagement… keep reading What You'll Do You'll be the voice behind the brand, helping bring PointBank to life online and in our communities. Create and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X Assist in running paid and organic campaigns (yes, you'll learn A/B testing too!) Track performance and use analytics to see what's working and what's not Stay on top of social trends, algorithms, and competitor activity Respond to comments, messages, and reviews to keep our brand strong and positive Help design graphics, videos, and written content that reflect our local, community-first culture Support content calendars and marketing strategies Assist with email campaigns, digital signage, and in-branch promotions Help ensure all marketing efforts stay compliant (we'll train you!) What You'll need We're looking for someone who is both creative and organized. Passion for social media, marketing, and content creation Strong writing and communication skills Eye for design (Canva, Adobe, Power Point or similar tools are a plus!)
