Job Description
Experteer Overview In this role you will lead international digital marketing efforts and build a scalable team aligned with Fisher Investments' mission to improve the investment landscape. You will partner with Global PCG Marketing leadership and other marketing groups to drive lead generation and coordinate resources across functions. You'll set goals, manage budgets and schedules, and implement policies to ensure compliant, high-impact programs. You'll shape the department's strategic vision, develop talent, and communicate progress to executives. This is an in-office leadership position with opportunity for a hybrid arrangement based on role and performance.
Compensation / Benefits
- Lead and manage all employees within the assigned teams, including performance reviews and hiring/firing decisions
- Set goals and objectives for the group
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and project scheduling
- Create and maintain policies and procedures within the teams/areas
- Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Legal; implement firm-wide policies and procedures
- Oversee development of knowledge and training materials
- Coordinate efforts with other groups and departments
- Provide regular executive communications on results vs goals
- Handle other projects and responsibilities as needed Tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years' digital marketing experience with 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record in developing teams
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
- Ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions
- Experience partnering with Strategy and Planning to develop annual marketing plans and manage digital components
- Ability to communicate progress to executives and support department-wide strategic vision Key requirements
