We're a vibrant bridal boutique and design house that's different from traditional shops. As both the dress maker and designer , we specialize in fully custom bridal gowns under our Elizabeth Lee label. Our stylists work closely with brides to co-design unique, one-of-a-kind wedding dresses — turning their dreams into reality. We're looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) Bridal Stylist who is passionate about bridal fashion, loves working directly with brides, and has a proven track record in sales. What You'll Do Serve as a Bridal Stylist , providing personalized consultations, guiding brides through the custom design process, fittings, and the full sales journey. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships that turn first-time visitors into happy brides (and loyal fans). Help brides co-create their dream dress by combining their vision with your design expertise. Support social media content creation, website updates, and other marketing tasks when needed (training provided). Assist the manager with daily operations and special projects.
Key Qualifications Non-Negotiable:
2+ years of hands-on experience as a Bridal Stylist with a strong sales track record — this is essential. Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals in a bridal or high-end retail environment. Nice to

Marketing or social media experience (especially bridal/wedding-related). Knowledge of current bridal trends and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). You Might Be a
