M-Squared Management is seeking a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our company while supporting our marketing and brand awareness efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and office communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist with front office operations and administrative tasks
- Support marketing and branding initiatives
- Create and manage content across social media platforms
- Promote company services, available properties, and community engagement
- Maintain organized records and assist with office projects as needed Qualifications
