Job Description
We are looking for a Seasonal Part-Time Marketing Assistant to help manage and respond to social media activity across our platforms. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people online, creating positive customer interactions, and supporting marketing efforts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms Engage with followers in a professional and friendly manner Assist with creating and scheduling social media content Help promote events, specials, and company updates online Report customer feedback and trending topics to the marketing team Support additional marketing projects as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Organized and detail-oriented Ability to respond professionally and timely Basic knowledge of marketing or social media management preferred Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule Preferred Qualifications Experience using Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms.
