Schedule:
Monday to Friday, On-call, Weekend availability Role & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Market apartments in accordance with SQ Standards outlined by management. Responsible for providing resident services in a professional and courteous manner. Act as a "brand ambassador" for our assigned community. It will be important to build rapport with the public. Perform outreach and establish relationships with local businesses and universities/colleges. This includes the delivery of brochures, materials, and promo to identified locations. Outreach includes in-person as well as outreach via social channels and email. Assist in the promotion of our social media sites, website, and all e-marketing. Send brochures and materials to prospects for distribution to their circles of influence. Attend local events as a representative of the company, including Housing fairs, Athletic events, Chapter Meetings, etc. Responsible for flyering on campus, parking lots, dormitories, competitors, or any other locations identified by the supervisor. Deliver presentations to local establishments or groups, including businesses, sororities, fraternities, sporting departments, international departments, etc. Manage and prepare merchandise and promotional gear for distribution. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain an excellent customer service relationship within the market. Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic. Maintain a digital media library for use on social media and websites. Assist with planning and hosting resident events. Other duties as assigned.
