Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays. Store is closed on Sundays. One additional weekday off each week. We specialize in antiques, fine jewelry, gemstones, watches, and jewelry repair services, and we take pride in building lasting relationships with our customers. We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and creative individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate . This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in both retail sales and digital marketing while working in a unique and rewarding industry. Position Overview The Jewelry Sales & Social Media Marketing Associate will play a key role in both the customer experience and the store's online presence. This individual will assist customers with jewelry and watch purchases, create engaging social media content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, and help maintain the overall appearance and organization of the store. The ideal candidate is personable, tech-savvy, creative, eager to learn, and has a genuine interest in fine jewelry, gemstones, and watches. Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service to all clients in-store. Assist customers with jewelry, gemstone, and watch purchases. Take in customer jewelry and watch drop-offs for repair. Build positive relationships with customers and represent the store professionally. Learn about our products and services to confidently answer customer questions and make recommendations. Support daily retail operations. Social Media & Marketing Manage and maintain the store's social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok. Create engaging photo and video content showcasing jewelry, watches, and services. Develop creative content ideas and post regularly to increase audience engagement. Monitor social media activity and respond to messages or comments as directed. Stay informed on current social media trends and best practices. Store Operations Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. Help maintain attractive product displays and merchandising. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the business. Learn new skills and procedures as the role evolves. Qualifications Required Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest, knowledge, or passion for fine jewelry, gemstones, watches, or luxury goods. Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, or other social media platforms. Basic photography or videography skills. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or marketing. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays. Preferred Knowledge of watch mechanics, watch repair, and/or watch battery replacement. Experience working with jewelry or watches is a plus but not required.
