This role combines front-desk responsibilities with support for our marketing initiatives, offering an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional interested in digital marketing, content creation, and client engagement. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent reception services Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and promptness Assist in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising Support content creation including copywriting, blog posts, and social media content aligned with SEO best practices Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and track performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms Experience Previous experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Indesign, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms is preferred Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment Prior office experience This role offers an engaging environment where creativity meets strategic thinking.
