Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead international digital marketing for Fisher Investments, shaping strategy and execution across regions. You will build and guide the Digital Media team, partner with Strategy & Planning and other marketing functions, and ensure resources, policies, and training support scalable growth. You drive lead generation, performance reporting, and executive updates while enforcing governance and compliance. This is an opportunity to influence global marketing outcomes and develop high-performing teams within a values-driven culture.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Manage and develop all employees in the assigned teams, including performance reviews and hiring/firing decisions
  • Set goals and objectives for the group and oversee budgeting, planning, and project schedules
  • Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures within the teams; ensure adherence across the organization
  • Collaborate with Compliance, HR, and Legal; implement firm-wide policies and procedures
  • Oversee development of knowledge and training materials to support capability growth
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional groups and other marketing teams (Strategy & Planning, fishtank, Global Marketing Services)
  • Provide regular executive communications on progress toward goals and results Tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 years' digital marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in building and developing teams
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to analyze situations and craft strategic solutions
  • Partner with Strategy and Planning to develop annual marketing plans and manage digital components
  • Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and promote teamwork to align with goals
  • Deliver executive-level updates on performance against targets Key requirements
