As a Brand & Marketing Associate at Glad Solutions, you will be at the forefront of shaping the perceptions and experiences that forge enduring relationships between our clients and their customers. You will be instrumental in driving the brand's narrative and visibility across a variety of platforms and initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and influence within the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft cohesive brand messages across various channels. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to report back to the management team on brand positioning and competitive insights. Manage social media profiles and presence, including the scheduling and posting of engaging content and monitoring user engagement. Coordinate the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness. Assist in the development and implementation of promotional campaigns, working closely with sales and other departments to refine marketing messages. Prepare detailed reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and other branding efforts, proposing adjustments to strategies based on data-driven insights. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices, trends, and technologies. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing department. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels. Ability to think creatively and innovatively. Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field. Analytics skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients. Experience with creating and maintaining client relationships. Proficient in content management systems, social media platforms, and professional software like Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
