Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant who will help us capture and showcase the day-to-day activities at Ranger Motors. You will be responsible for creating dynamic video content, from showcasing our inventory to documenting customer interactions, promotions, and more. This content will be shared across our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, to engage our audience and boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

Capture and edit videos of our daily activities, including client interactions, inventory showcases, promotional events, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of Ranger Motors.

Content Creation:

Produce engaging, informative, and creative videos for use on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Social Media Management:

Assist with scheduling and posting videos, images, and promotional content on social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.

Promotional Campaigns:

Collaborate with the team to develop video content for promotions, sales events, and seasonal campaigns.

Client Testimonials:

Film customer testimonials and reviews to highlight positive experiences and build trust with potential buyers.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content aligns with Ranger Motors' brand image and voice.

Analytics & Reporting:

Assist in tracking the performance of video content across platforms and provide insights to optimize future content.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and customer service teams to capture content that aligns with business goals and customer interests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with video creation and editing (prior experience in a similar role is a plus). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and how to create content tailored to each platform. Proficiency with video editing software (Cap Cut Pro, or similar tools). Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for automotive industry and marketing. Basic understanding and social media best practices is a plus.
