This role blends social media, videography, photography, branding, and marketing into one highly hands-on creative position. We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in content, understands modern culture and storytelling, and wants to help build brands that people genuinely connect with. You will work directly across multiple brands and projects spanning hospitality, consumer experiences, real estate, and emerging ventures, helping capture not just products or spaces, but the emotion, energy, and identity behind them. This is not a corporate marketing role. We are looking for builders, creators, and storytellers. Responsibilities Capture photo and video content across multiple brands and projects Create short-form social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Edit reels, videos, promotional content, and brand campaigns Assist with creative direction, branding, and visual storytelling Help execute social media strategies and marketing initiatives Identify trends, viral formats, and cultural moments relevant to our brands Support content planning, launches, campaigns, and events Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across platforms Assist with influencer outreach, collaborations, and community engagement Contribute creative ideas that help grow audience, engagement, and brand awareness Qualifications Experience with social media content creation, photography, videography, or marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern digital culture Comfortable using cameras, iPhones, editing software, and creative tools Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or similar software preferred Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling Self-motivated, creative, and highly adaptable Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment What We Look For People who naturally create, document, and tell stories Individuals who understand branding beyond just posting content Creative thinkers who bring ideas, not just execution People who are ambitious, resourceful, and excited to help build brands from the ground up Individuals who understand culture, emotion, hospitality, and modern consumer behavior Position Details Part-time or full-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling depending on projects and campaigns Opportunity to work across multiple brands and ventures Hands-on role within a growing innovation, branding, and experiential business ecosystem Strong growth opportunities for the right individual About Apothes Innovation Group Apothes Innovation Group is a creative and innovation-focused company centered around building modern brands, experiences, and businesses designed for long-term growth and cultural relevance.
