We are a flooring company that sells carpet, tile and all sorts of wood, LVP and other hard surface flooring. We are a fun place to work and are willing to train the right person. We are growing and need help in several areas of our business. If you can do one or two on day one, that is great; the ideal hire will be willing to learn new things and get to the point that they can be alone in the store and know what do do when customers call or visit the store. The ability to handle multiple tasks at one time without being stressed or resorting to drama or negative reactions. If you are a whiner or just not fun to be around...this isn't the place for you. This is generally a very low stress environment...but there are spurts where things can get pretty nutty. Experience in marketing...you will be building and expanding our digital footprint several times per week, probably 4-8 hours worth. This will include managing ad releases across all social media platforms with original content and materials provided by the brands we represent. If you can't explain SEO, know how ChatGPT searches work and engage with and place content with Facebook, Instagram and Google...this job is not for you. A good attitude about doing some of the "less fun" things that are part of taking care of a small business. Yes, we do have bathrooms and a small lawn, garbage cans, windows, etc. At the moment, there are only two of us here, and we do have to chip in on the dirty work. A gift for attention to detail. You will need basic math skills and be able to process detailed quantities and specifications of floors to place and manage orders, proposals and inventory. This is the final
