NOTE:
This role would travel between our clinic locations in Orem and Millcreek. About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and business development efforts. This is an entry-level role with real responsibility. You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing & Business Development and our Patient Experience Manager, helping execute day-to-day marketing operations and keep everything running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn how marketing actually works inside a growing healthcare organization. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and support local marketing efforts (lunches, outreach, and follow-ups) Manage marketing inventory and supplies Schedule and organize lunches and clinic visits Track marketing performance and maintain detailed spreadsheets Able to review tracking data and identify gaps in outreach, follow-up, or referral activity Ensure consistent follow-up systems are executed (return visits, drop-offs, relationship touchpoints) Distribute flyers and marketing materials in the community Help ensure patient scheduling and marketing conversions are followed through Provide data and updates quickly when requested Assist with Canva designs for marketing materials Take photos and short videos in clinic for marketing use Help produce weekly patient stories/testimonials Maintain and update tracking systems (CallRail, Google reviews, and other marketing metrics) What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball Proactive and dependable (you don't need to be reminded multiple times) Comfortable in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment Strong follow-through and sense of ownership Genuine interest in marketing, branding, or business development Strongly Preferred (will put you at the top of the list): Experience with Canva or basic graphic design Interest or experience in photography and/or videography Interest in healthcare/medicine and comfort working in a clinical environment Who This Role Is Perfect For Someone early in their career who wants to learn marketing and business development hands-on Someone who enjoys staying busy and being the person who keeps things organized Someone who wants exposure to leadership and how a growing company operates Someone who takes pride in doing things right and following through What Success Looks Like in This Role Marketing activities are organized, scheduled, and consistently executed Data and tracking are always up to date and easily accessible Follow-ups happen without needing reminders The team can rely on you to keep things moving Growth Opportunity This role has the potential to grow into a larger marketing or operations position over time for the right person.
