$14-$16 per hour + Performance Bonuses About the Role We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented AI Design & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Vineyard. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in AI, marketing, design, or e-commerce. We've built an incredibly simple AI-powered system that allows you to create apparel designs in just minutes. Your primary responsibility will be prompting AI to generate designs, selecting the best ones, and uploading them to our online store. You'll also create basic marketing graphics in Canva for social media, emails, and advertisements. No professional design experience is required. If you're comfortable using a computer, enjoy being creative, and are excited about learning how AI is changing marketing, we'll teach you everything you need to know. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience while working with cutting-edge AI tools. Responsibilities Use AI to generate apparel designs. Write and improve AI prompts to create unique designs. Review and select the strongest designs. Upload finished products to our online store. Create simple marketing graphics using Canva. Organize and manage digital design files. Work with our marketing team to test new creative ideas. Research design trends and help identify products customers love. Qualifications Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Creative mindset with a good eye for what looks appealing. Detail-oriented and organized. Reliable and self-motivated. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience with Canva is a plus but not required. Interest in AI, marketing, design, social media, or e-commerce is a bonus. What We Offer $14-$16 per hour. Performance bonuses for winning designs. If you create designs that become top sellers, you'll earn additional bonuses on top of your hourly pay. The better your designs perform, the more you can earn. 20-25 hours per week. Monday-Friday schedule. In-office position located in Vineyard, Utah.
