This individual will serve as the primary support for the company's marketing initiatives through content creation, social media management, email marketing, blog writing, and website updates. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital marketing, and the wedding and events industry. In addition to marketing responsibilities, this individual may have opportunities to support weddings and events, including select travel-based celebrations, by capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting the planning team with event execution. Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Growth Manage social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, editing reels, monitoring engagement, and identifying content opportunities Develop content that showcases Pinnacle Affairs' weddings, events, vendor relationships, and brand story Create email newsletters and support nurture campaigns Write SEO-focused blog posts and assist with website updates Organize and repurpose wedding content into multiple marketing assets Research industry trends and bring fresh ideas for content and brand growth Administrative Support Assist with HoneyBook updates, lead tracking, client files, and additional administrative projects as needed Event Support Capture behind-the-scenes content, event details, and moments for marketing purposes Assist the Lead Planner and planning team with event-day execution and logistics Support select local and travel-based weddings and events as needed Skills & Qualifications Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills Experience with Canva, CapCut, and email marketing platforms Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects Highly organized with strong attention to detail Passion for weddings, hospitality, events, or lifestyle brands
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality, or a related field Experience with Flodesk, HoneyBook, SEO, and website management Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury service industries
