Job Description

Job overview: Red Key Realty is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented part time (20-25 hours) Office & Marketing assistant to support daily operations and enhance our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is eager to contribute to both administrative efficiency and brand growth.
  • 75% of this job includes administrative duties, the other 25% include marketing related tasks
  • Job description:
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
  • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and listing paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist agents with transactions by organizing documents and tracking deadlines from contract to closing
  • Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, reels) to promote listings and brand awareness
  • Manage online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google
  • Upload, edit, and maintain listings on MLS and third-party platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
  • Keep office systems, files, and databases accurate and up to date
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Prior real estate or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$17.00
