Job Description Synology is looking for a Marketing Design Specialist to support the growing business across Latin America. This role focuses on bringing marketing initiatives to life visually by creating professional assets across multiple formats, including digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, presentations, videos, and marketing materials. This role will work closely with the LATAM marketing team, HQ, and regional stakeholders to adapt and localize content while maintaining brand consistency. Pre-Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or related creative work (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing assets such as banners, flyers, presentations, PDF guides, social media graphics, campaign assets, and marketing materials.
• Support visual design and layout for newsletters and email communications.
• Edit short-form video content for social media and campaigns (reels, shorts).
• Support long-form video activities including YouTube videos, webinar materials, and recorded content adaptations.
• Adapt HQ materials and collaborate with the HQ design team to maintain brand consistency across LATAM.
• Support design needs for campaigns, events, webinars, and regional marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a professional and consistent visual identity across enterprise, SMB, partner, and end-user marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Language:

• Spanish & English fluency (exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages)
• Portuguese fluency is a plus

Education:

• Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college is required
• Bachelor's Degree (B.

A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university is preferred

Experience:

Minimum two years of experience in graphic design, content design, or marketing design, ideally in enterprise IT, B2B SaaS, or related fields Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create engaging visuals across digital and print formats Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent Comfortable managing projects end-to-end: concept, mockups, revisions, and final delivery Experience tailoring content for multiple audiences (enterprise IT decision-makers, resellers, SOHO users, home users) Familiarity with enterprise storage, backup, or IT infrastructure is a plus Motion design or short-form video editing experience preferred
