As our business continues to expand, we're seeking a Part-Time Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our brand, connect with our customers, and drive new leads — all while working a flexible schedule. Job Summary We're looking for a creative and experienced marketing professional to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand image, managing social content, and developing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact without committing to full-time hours. Key Responsibilities Create eye-catching videos, graphics, and photos for social media and our website Build and maintain brand-aligned marketing campaigns Assist with customer communication and follow-up messaging Develop creative strategies to bring in new leads Track engagement metrics and suggest campaign adjustments Stay informed on marketing and social media trends Ideal Candidate 2+ years of marketing experience (construction or service industries a plus) Proficient with digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Skilled with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Excellent communicator and visual storyteller Energetic, self-driven, and highly organized Available 15-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible part-time schedule Creative input in growing a well-respected local brand A positive, supportive team environment
