Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associate

FRAME Development is currently hiring for our client for a Brand Marketing Associate. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who are motivated to build experience in retail sales, customer service, and face-to-face marketing. Our client specializes in high-impact retail campaigns for nationally recognized brands, focusing on face-to-face customer interactions to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and deliver strong customer experiences.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers in a retail sales environment through face-to-face interactions Promote products, services, and current promotions to drive sales Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection Support daily retail operations, sales tracking, and campaign goals Represent client brands professionally in high-traffic retail locations Work with a team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere

Execute retail sales and customer acquisition strategies Deliver strong customer experiences that build brand loyalty Communicate product knowledge clearly and confidently Assist with event-based retail promotions and in-store campaigns Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance
