Event Marketing Assistant

Event Assistant Responsibilities:

Represent our client's brand at retail and promotional events, by engaging with customers face to face and guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive experience Work closely with the sales team and other Event Assistants to enhance sales strategies and continuously improve customer engagement Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere that attracts both new and current customers Document sales transactions and customer interactions to support sales performance tracking, customer retention efforts, and to ensure sales goals are met, and customer satisfaction Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, offering tailored solutions to resolve issues quickly and effectively Demonstrate presentations of products and services to ensure customer understanding and to address their needs effectively Proactively identify sales opportunities, while consistently working towards and achieving sales goals set for the

Event Retail Assistant Event Assistant Qualifications:

Previous experience as an Event Assistant, in sales, or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales instincts and a passion for people Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment We value enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
