Job Description SUMMARY:
Accuray is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Intern to support key marketing operations, sales enablement, and event execution activities. This role provides hands‑on exposure to Salesforce (SFDC), marketing content development, field sales support, and event management. The intern will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross‑functional teams to help improve data quality, strengthen sales tools, and support impactful customer‑facing events. This internship is ideal for a student interested in marketing operations, sales enablement, and hands‑on experience in a global, regulated environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce (SFDC) & Marketing Operations Support Support the maintenance and improvement of marketing and sales data within Salesforce (SFDC), including data validation, cleanup, and reporting support Assist with documenting and improving SFDC processes related to marketing campaigns, events, and field sales support Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems Marketing Materials & Content Development Assist in the creation and updating of marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, brochures, one‑pagers, and digital assets Support version control and organization of marketing collateral for field sales use Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure materials align with brand standards and messaging guidelines Field Sales Team Support Provide day‑to‑day support to the field sales organization by helping prepare sales tools, presentations, and event‑related materials Assist with gathering feedback from sales teams to help improve marketing assets and enablement resources Support coordination between Marketing and Sales to ensure timely delivery of materials and updates Event & Tradeshow Support Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, tradeshows, meetings, and internal sales events Support logistics such as material preparation, shipment tracking, registration lists, and post‑event follow‑up Help track event metrics and assist with post‑event reporting and documentationREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
a. Required Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working collaboratively across teams b. Preferred or Desired Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or CRM systems preferred Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Interest in marketing operations, sales enablement, or event management Prior internship, coursework, or project experience in marketing or sales support a plus #LI-BB1 To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
