Marketing Assistant

Halquist Stone, one of Wisconsin's largest stone quarrier, fabricator and distributor of natural stone, is seeking a creative and highly organized Marketing Assistant. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Marketing Director to implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will manage a mix of digital content creation, market research, and administrative support to ensure our marketing runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Field Capture:

Write and edit copy for social media platforms, email, newsletters, and our websites. Capture photos and videos of installations, team activity and events. Edit basic content using tools like

Canvas and Adobe Premiere Events and Show Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for local events/trade shows. Assist with event setup and breakdown and support on-site execution as needed

Data and Analytics:

Assist in organizing of annual price books for dealers, contractors and retail channels

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain and assist with showroom displays inside and outside. Assist with the design, procurement, and inventory of custom corporate swag and apparel for employees and customers Qualified candidates should have: self-motivation, strong organization skills and a minimal of 1-2 years of hands-on marketing or administrative experience. Experience in the commercial and residential building industry is a plus. Knowledge of Illustrator and photo shop are also a plus.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
