This role includes both admin/marketing (in office) and hands on assignments (in the field), occasional lifting of up to 50lbs. Seeking dynamic, growth minded, creative thinker with a go getter, team focused and optimistic attitude! Proactive, success-driven individual who is knowledgeable in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, has strong organization skills, is able to prioritize and is excited about doing what it takes to assist in leading our team. The ideal candidate must love the idea of building, implementing, and managing systems and processes to effectively operate and oversee day-to-day operations of fast-paced real estate and staging business. This individual should thrive in an environment where they are expected to communicate consistently and effectively with past, current and potential clients, vendors, agents, and relevant parties in transactions. Having an eye for detail and a passion for organization and creating structure. Responsibilities Build, implement, and manage systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, warehouse management, staging coordination and back-office support Document all systems and standards Establish and maintain vendor relationships w/ inspectors, mortgage lenders, realtors, team, etc Manage, input, and update database regularly and accurately Coordinate photography, sign and lockbox installation, open houses, sign dropoff and keys Organize client and vendor appreciation events Client profile maintenance- track birthdays, anniversaries, and keep a calendar relevant to all Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Communicate with sellers and vendors on repairs/paint/cleaning Notify sellers on a weekly basis regarding the status of their active listing, showings and offers via calls, emails, texts, etc. Plan, purchase, and coordinate closing gifts for clients and supplies for the business Print and Online Marketing and execution of other marketing strategies Consistent organization of our staging supplies and warehouse Qualifications Very strong written and verbal communication skills Marketing skills - social media, print, and web based Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Commitment to excellence Calm under pressure Problem solver & Creative Thinker Service-based attitude Detail orientated Proven ability to succeed Commitment to excellence Must have reliable transportation
