20 hours/week (flexible based on academic schedule) Position Summary The Graduate Assistant for Graduate & Online Enrollment plays a key supporting role in advancing recruitment, enrollment, and student engagement efforts for Bethany Online graduate programs. This position works closely with the Dean of Graduate & Online Enrollment to support day-to-day operations, prospective student communication, event coordination, and data tracking. This is a hands-on role ideal for a graduate student interested in higher education, marketing, enrollment management, or student services. Key Responsibilities Prospective Student Engagement & Communication Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner Conduct outreach to prospective students (calls, texts, email follow-up) Assist with lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up sequences Help schedule and confirm appointments for prospective student meetings Enrollment Operations Support Maintain and update prospective student records in CRM (Element451) Assist with application tracking, document collection, and status updates Generate and organize enrollment reports (inquiries, applications, deposits) Support data entry and list management for marketing and outreach efforts Event & Recruitment Support Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events (info sessions, tabling, campus visits) Support logistics for recruitment activities (materials, sign-ins, follow-up lists) Represent Bethany Online at select events when appropriate Marketing & Content Assistance Assist with social media content and basic digital engagement efforts Support email campaign execution and content updates Help gather student testimonials and program highlights Administrative & Office Support Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately Assist with mailings, promotional materials, and incentive fulfillment (e.g., giveaways, event items) Provide general administrative support to the Dean and enrollment team Qualifications Must be enrolled in a graduate program at Bethany College (or eligible program) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with attention to detail Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Suite) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional, positive, and student-centered approach Preferred Qualifications Interest in higher education, enrollment management, marketing, or student success Experience with customer service, sales, or communications Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Initiative and ability to work independently Problem-solving and adaptability Data awareness and willingness to learn reporting tools
